About Me

I'm Nowroze Ghaffar, an Automotive Digital Designer, Alias Modeller, and UI/UX Designer working across advanced surfacing, digital interfaces, and AI-assisted design. I have contributed to global automotive projects, developing surfaces and interior components that combine strong design intent with technical feasibility. My experience spans NURBS and SubD modelling, interaction design, Figma prototyping, and experimental workflows that incorporate AI into visual development and UX exploration.

I have shaped exterior and interior surfaces, reconstructed interior geometries, and improved digital models for production readiness. I design modern UI/UX systems for automotive and mobile platforms, including fully interactive HMI prototypes. My work aims to combine precision, clarity, and visual storytelling.

Rolls-Royce Interior – Alias Modelling, Nurbs and Subd Surfacing

  • Created Alias models for seat structures, upholstery, Roof liner, Pillars, parcel shelf, central console and trim components, ensuring luxury design standards.

  • Refined seat geometry for ergonomics, considering foam, leather, stitching, and material tolerances.

  • Collaborated with clay modellers, ensuring accurate digital-to-physical transitions.

  • Designed small 3D components (buttons, door handles) for 3D printing.

MINI Interior – Reverse Engineering (NURBS Modeling)

  • Led reverse engineering of MINI interior parts, converting physical components into precise NURBS models.

  • Reconstructed digital representations of complex geometries, ensuring adherence to MINI's design and functionality standards.

Scale Model – Construction Modelling for 3D Printing (Exterior: NURBS, Interior: SubD)

  • Developed high-precision NURBS exterior parts for 3D printing and prototyping.

BMW Exterior – NURBS Modelling
